LEAK DETECTION FOR FLANGE JOINT UNIONS AND PIPING 

​This device captures leakages in Flange Joint Unions and Piping- components and Equipment in most kind of environments and conditions. The root cause of leakages in piping is mainly caused by incorrect assembly, inappropriate gaskets, bolting or general design. Other factors as external loads, thermal shock and extreme vibration levels are also cause to leaking flanges. By detecting leakages it is possible to reduce emissions, prevent accidents, loss of lives, hazardous pollution and expensive down time in operations.

POP AND LEAK DETECTION FOR PSV SAFETY VALVES

​This device is designed to capture, and time stamp the PSV tag that has popped, as well as the potential subsequent failure to re-seat of the PSV, causing internal leakages. Before mounting on the PSV, the unit is assigned a tag that corresponds to a PSV to which it is clamped. The clamps used are a simple industry standard saddle straps. The device is approved Intrinsic safe by Presafe 19 ATEX 30947 and CE compliant tested by Nemko NEX388458.

CBM Predictor by ProTrack operates by continuously monitoring the immediate environmental noise, vibrations and other variables surrounding the PSV. When the monitored variables have breached the pre-set alert levels, the messages are sent via the Bluetooth to the cloud or to a specific application. The device can also be interrogated using a hand-held device used during operator walk-downs.
The measurements identify the pop, recording that the PSV has opened and is performing the safety function. The additional measurements identify the potential leakage, recording a possibility of failure to re-seat the PSV properly.

To eliminate potential false positive readings, the users have an option to set the sensitivity of both measurements in accordance with the immediate surrounding environment. The settings are simple and intuitive. 

​CBM Predictor by ProTrack also stores all the measured values, the user settings and the alert levels, together with the time stamp and the device tag associated with the PSV tag. The data stored can be uploaded to either a cloud, to the operator walk-down hand-held device, or to any dedicated application. To eliminate the data flooding, the messages that are communicate do not contain all the data, only the time stamp and the device tag of the PSV that caused the alert to be triggered. ​

HUMIDITY DETECTION FOR ENCLOSURES 

This device is designed to precisely capture and time stamp undesirable humidity accumulation in IEC 60529 enclosures: Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code).

Typically, the standard for Ex e / Ex d electrical enclosures (IEC 6079), require traceable waterproofing at all time. Traditionally this is achieved by frequent, time-consuming and costly inspections. Furthermore, inspections add risk of damaging the waterproofing gaskets from opening and closing the enclosures. Repairing a damaged gasket is even more time-consuming. An Abnormal condition detection device could not be more appropriate.

The on board sophisticated Ideation humidity detection algorithm timely notifies customers to open the cabinet only when absolutely necessary, a substantial saving of effort, time and capital. HEAT TRACING SURVEILLANCE FOR INSULATED PROCESS PIPES

This device is designed to monitor the correct function of heat tracing installations in dangerous environments.

In many cases, process fluids must be kept heated to facilitate transportation. These pipes are then insulated and sheeted to prevent heat losses. This makes visual and manual inspection of the pipes difficult, so other surveillance methods must be applied.
Furthermore, inspections add risk of damaging the insulation are real. Repairing damaged insulation and sheeting is even more time-consuming. An Abnormal condition detection device could not be more appropriate.
